Applications are invited for filling up the following posts:-
Job Designation: Legal Assistant
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: Pay Band of Rs.9,300-34,800/- + Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/-.
Eligibility Conditions:
Officers under the Central/State Government’s/UT:-
(a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
(ii) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.5000-8000/- (Pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
Educational Qualification:
(i) Degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent.
(ii) Two years experience as a legal practitioner or two years experience in legal work in a Government Department or autonomous bodies/public sector undertakings.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of the applications.

The applications in the prescribed Performa as at Annexure-I along with Certificate of Employer in Annexure-II may be sent to this office through proper channel alongwith vigilance clearance certificate and attested copies of ACRs for the last 05 years so as to reach this office within 60 days of publication of this advertisement.
